Carpet Bowls

Strathkinness Playgroup

The Friendship Club

meets on Tuesday afternoons from 2pm till 4pm from autumn as an occasion for senior citizens to meet for recreation and a cup of tea.   Though it meets in the Church Hall it is not a Church organisation or confined to its members.  All will be made welcome.

The Open Group

meets every third Wednesday of the month, except in the summer, at 8pm. All will be made welcome. Details of the monthly meetings are in the Kirk & Community.

Strathkinness Guild

The last meeting of  the Guild was held in April 2009. The membership was dwindling with an average age of over 80.

Strathkinness Youth Club

No longer functions with effect from December 2010. Anyone interested in re-starting the group should get in touch with Philip Cockburn at his business number 850 259.

Groups which meet in the Village Hall

Carpet Bowls

meets on Tuesday evenings from 7.30-10pm. Everyone welcome to come a play a game and enjoy a cup of tea. The rinks run the full length of the hall.

The Strathkinness Play Group is for pre-school children from 18 months. It meets in Strathkinness Church Hall from 9.30 - 11.30 am each weekday. Whist Drives

are held monthly during the winter months. The dates are given in the Kirk & Community newsletter and in a notice posted outside the hall.
